Our return policy will be applied to all merchandise on the year the product was purchased: 

• All products set to be returned must arrive at the corporate office before any reimbursement.
• Call tags available by request, please call our office at 972-623-2222.
• Please call if you have received damaged merchandise.
• Contact if you have received the wrong order and wish to return or exchange your merchandise.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy is active during the year that the merchandise was purchased. There are no exchanges past the year of purchase or extensions available. Please contact us with any questions.
